RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy
At Mary & Aoife Dublin, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Return Conditions
⦁    You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
⦁    Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense, including international shipping costs.
⦁    Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
⦁    Trying on is permitted, but wearing is not allowed.
⦁    Returning products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning (part of) them is not permitted.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotion cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale purchases are final.
Return Process
1.    Register your return via info@mary-aoife.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
2.    You will receive from us the return address of our supplier (located in China).
3.    You send the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs or shipping costs.
4.    We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refund
After receipt of the item at the return address and approval of the product's condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
⦁    We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address specified by the customer.
⦁    If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
⦁    Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
